Your Messiah

If your Messiah were to stand before you, would you recognise that person?

If your Messiah said to you, I am the way, would you persecute your Messiah for blasphemy?

If your Messiah was helping a person that you didn’t like, would you shun your Messiah? Would you pass by and arrogantly huff under your breath?

If your Messiah knocked on your door and asked for your help, your compassion, and your empathy, would you slam the door?

Don’t lie, because your God knows what’s in your heart.

If your God sent you someone to tell you what you need to know to move towards a heaven on earth would you give up your comfort to follow?

Would your messiah be pleased that you contributed to detroying the Earth that we are supposed to build the kingdom heaven on?

Would your Messiah be pleased that countless people have been left to starve, yet we have everything needed to ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of all people, everywhere?

What if…

In each generation was born one Messiah, and one supergenius. And in each generation we shut them down because they don’t fit in to our Ego generated social construct?

Tesla was a pinnacle of brilliance and by the time he died, he was destroyed. What if he had been given the respect and wellbeing that he deserved? What else could have brought to the world?

How many Teslas have been hiding behind closed doors knowing that if they speak up, that they will be shunned and emotionally damaged beyond repair?

Is your messiah looking at you through your mirror in the morning, and wondering when you will stop and listen to your heart, and not your ego, listen to your soul and not your fear?

Is your messiah now yelling at you, telling you that you don’t need armaggedon for salvation, that to make a heaven on earth, the key is to release your fear, to give away your ego, and to live in harmony with nature and all beings?

Is your messiah telling you daily that your selfishness and overconsumption is the root of your pain and emptiness inside?

Veiled racism

For anyone knows me, my ex boyfriend is a British Ex Pat. And he pointed out how surprised at the veiled racism that Canadians tend to have.

We are touted as a cultural melting pot internationally, but, there is a lot of bigotry slithering through our societal norms.

We would go for coffee and chat witb people and they would rant about “New Canadians” to my landed immigrant significant other.
He would twitch out and say, “But I’m a new Canadian.”
To which the reply would invariably be, “But you’re different…”
He would answer, “Like wot?? Coz I’m pink, not brown?!? Sod off ya c*nt!!” (he’s Cockney)

That being said, I have chums from all kinds of backgrounds and you know what I’ve found? Everyone’s a bigot and everyone stereotypes. It’s just white, hetero people did such an extreme job of of being bigoted assholes we pissed everyone off, and can’t get away with it.

So, here we sit at the tail end of a never ending election campain that has somehow brought the veiled bigotry out into the open, ironically because of veils. And it has created amazing discussions.

The dialogue it has created, may just be what we need as Canadians, both new and born, to take stock in our apathy and shallow divisions.

Thank you Harper, we have an opportunity to discuss the elephant in the room now that the tablecloth fell off of her.

Your dirty politics might backfire because regardless of the veiled bigotry, most Canadians are smart enough to know that their discomfort is a personal issue, and we tend to live and let live.

So, please try to divide us in more ridiculous ways, then we have more to talk about!

Deconstructing Docterine

There’s a major difference beween Faith and religion. And unfortunately, for the Faithful there seems to be a trap they have been pulled into, which may be robbing them of the inherent teachings and spritual wellbeing that the God they believe in has offered them.

The teachings are founded in compassion and love, for all around and that person within, salvation isn’t about guilt, it’s about growth. And the closest one can be to god is to commune with nature itself.

For those that follow any teachings, they are taught that they are not worthy of the Love that is offered and that the path to truth and salvation is through persistent self punishment. Humans are ever separated by the docterines they follow from the Spritual growth and advancement that we have been offered.

Religious institutions were originally people that were like minded building a community to share and help each other grow, and have degraded into twisted groups that preach black and white ideals in regards to a subject that is infinite and non-visceral.

Those ideals tend towards unattainable knowledge for the masses and only a select few that have access to rewards. They peddle hope in exchange for poverty and suffering. This is not what Faith is about, and although I’m apostate, I can tell you that intentionally bringing suffering to the lives of others is completely contrary to a godly life.

Every foundational teaching in every religion states that all humans are capable of bringing miracles, and that all humans are allowed to walk to the god conciousness. We are all welcome, no matter the creed. Faith and meditation or prayer are combined to bring us closer to being godly, and becoming more than lowly guilt ridden corporeal scum.

And to become enlightened, to have the “christ mind” or achieve nirvana by being buddha, is all the same, and all very personal. Each person experiences the world in a different way, and to say that it’s wrong to experience the Infinite in a different way is arrogant and misleading.

To Love is the first step,

To see all as connected is the second step,

To see Oneself as part of the Infinite is the third

To understand that oneself is a drop in an endless ocean (the removal of ego) is the fourth

To accept the above list is the fifth

After this, is where the Christ mind or Buddha or Bodhisatva comes into play, and where science is a tool.

We are made of the same stuff as everything in the Universe.

We are the Universe consiously experiencing itself.

We now beginning to measure the little particles that we are made of, and that have been spoken about in different cultures for millenia.

We are now understanding that we can manipulate these things with machinery.

But, How about with our own being?

Water into wine

Moving from one side a the Ganges to the other in the blink of an eye.

Prophecy

Jericho

What are we missing that the ancients had?

Faith.

They didn’t teach docterine and how to tithe, or mess with politics.

They taught enlightenment, and said that all are welcome, all deserve Love, compassion and inclusion. But the price to go there is to give the same love and compassion and inclusion that you wish to recieve.

We teach partriarchal idealism, and hierarchy. My god is bigger than his god, I’m right you’re wrong, you are dirty and don’t deserve Love, and compassion is only for the biggest contributor to the intitution.

Exclusive God clubs, that happily promote violence and hatred towards other exclusive god clubs, and thrive off of the most vulnerable in order to propell them to some higher sociopolitical gain.

If your “Messiah” were to stand in front of you, would you recognise that person? How would you treat that person? Just remember that while you walk around day to day, that the person that is put here to save your soul will most likely be the person to prove your hypocracy and let you see the hatred you bear, they will hand you your ego in a way that will make you fall to your knees, and beg for forgiveness.

The person that will judge you, will not be God, nor will it be a messiah, it will be you. You will see yourself in your true form, you will feel the consequences of every decision you have made, and you will understand how much power you have over the world and you will either regret or rejoice in your life’s work.

Do you use your power to better society, or better your personal gain? Have you found balance in a fair and just manner, or do you serve your ego.

If hell is a thing, I would assume that it would be to live the experiences that others have had of you, and you would have to live those experiences until there was understanding.

Some souls would learn, some would ask for another chance, and others would stay, and sadly never move on.

The push for Ancient Aliens to be the architects of civilizations prior, is the continuation of an idea that humans are somehow incapable of becoming more without intervention.

If your messiah were to stand before you and tell you that you need to change the course of human history immediately, would you tell that person that they are wrong? Because you believe in docterine? Because of blind faith in institutions and conformity due to fear of letting go, or fear of change? Because of greed and selfishness, or just plain apathy?

Maybe you don’t have the time to sit down and think about the future of your children, who sit at home wishing that you wouldn’t be working so much to pay for stuff that you don’t need to keep up with your ego fuelled battle with the neighbors down the road. All they want is for you to come home and play with them, and smile sometimes, and maybe read them a book.

Who cares if it’s Harry Potter? A boy that has the empowerment to take care of himself and the people around him? Why can’t a boy have magical powers to save the world from evil? Sounds like another boy or two in history… Why can’t we inspire our children to save the world, and use their gifts for the betterment of everyone?

Humans have so much potential and every time we are offered that opportunity to grow, there are people that fear a loss of power, that manipulate us to continue on the path we are on. The prophesies that were given to us were a warning, not a truth. And now we have people that feel that they are the tools of a self fulfilling prophesy.

We have little time left, before we end it all, and I truely wonder, if once again we will kill off the next messiah, for the sake of our egos and pocket books. We are killing the future of our grandchildren in order to prove everyone else wrong. I don’t think that’s godly.

I don’t believe in religion, but I do believe in Faith, and although I’m slowly losing Faith in humanity, I have Faith in myself, and Faith in Love, and I have above all, Faith that there is still a chance for us to see each other as we are, and accept each other in a way that is real, founded on truth, and not marred by ego.

If there is a god, I believe that those traits are what actually counts, and no matter the creed or ideology, that the path to being a Whole Human, or Holy… is to give to the world what you wish to recieve, that intent is as powerful as action.

TL;DR that holy text

I’m going to touch on a very sensitive issue today, and at the risk of angering many people, and possibly getting put on a list somewhere, this is something that I feel that I need to say. I will try to be a gentle as possible, but as the subject illicits a lot of emotions, it’s bound to upset, but I wont apologise because it’s the truth.

First of all, I’m going to put it out there. I’m not only at a minimum agnostic, leaning towards atheism, but I am also guilty of apostasy. I’ve renounced my baptism and confimation in any and all houses of worship.

It isn’t faith that I have a problem with. What I have a problem with is the corrupt and twisted ideals spawned by religious institutions that has turned faith into socio political tools that are abused, and abuse the innocent peoples of the world, selling hope for just a piece of ones financial wealth, and long term wellbeing. And the fallout is becoming ever more costly to humanity at large.

Faith in and of itself is a deeply personal thing, and I support and respect any person that has faith in something greater than them, providing that faith doesn’t lead that person to cause harm to other beings.

We are currently in a situation in the world where there is a massive conflict of ignorance, both willful and forced, using the many names of a higher power. But what most people on all three sides of the conflict are ignorant of, is that they are all the same religion, but all have different interpretations of the original script (see Torah or Old Testament), the middle script (see New Testament) and the final script (see Quran).

As you read this you may be asking what I’m talking about.

The three largest religions of the world and all of their subsequent denominations are the same religion, same god, same basic values, and oddly enough the same amount of violent zeal. And all are inspired originally by: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zoroastrianism

Judaism, Christianity and Islam are all the same, and most people follow as the religion of their repective geographic region practises as a general rule.

All values are the same, and although most followers around the world are moderate, there are unfortunately people that follow paths that are not only extreme, but also completely contrary to the values and morals laid out in the texts before them.

TL;DR

Dear humans: Be good to each other. If you have faith, then treat all land and all living things as Holy, as they were made by your god. Period.

You are all supposed to turn the other cheek, and are forbidden to compell or coerce other people into your religion. Period.

You are to love, and express faith through charity, and compassion regardless of another person’s differences. Period.

It’s all the same god folks, and you are killing each other which is forbidden. You are killing innocents which is also forbidden. Period.

Anything outside of this, is a lie to lead you away from your definition of heaven.

hoping for successful humaning everywhere.

Two probability waves ever expanding. Two possible outcomes.

There are billions of people that walk this planet that are just like you and I. Moderate, wishing to have all needs covered, with gravy and maybe an opportunity to self actuate.

But is a small percentage of people that are indoctrinated or maybe actually psychologically unwell and think that the end of the world, a messiah and the kindgom of heaven shall be brought to earth. These people also feel for whatever reason, that they are instruments of a deity that are meant to usher in a prophecy describing these things, and oddly enough are in many levels of power in all different facets of society.

Some of what has happened is that these fringe groups have adopted facist propaganda tools to further their ideals regardless of how quickly things turn sour, and regardless of the severe ethical consequences if left unchecked.

But here we sit. Literally on the brink of a self imposed extinction of most species on our planet with the hope that completely obliterating everything will bring us a saviour to stop us from completely obliterating ourselves. Makes sense.

Many moderates are now afraid to speak up, or if they aren’t, they have no idea how to get their idea of peace, coexistence, ethical and sustainable progress forward without somehow being publicly destroyed.

So.. in that… the very people that are trying to save the earth, acting as messiahs, are being strung up again and again in order to make sure we fulfill everything and the planet is not habitable so we can demand that someone save us from the certain death that we created. We need someone to save us!! Just not you, or him, or her, or anyone else for that matter.

Um. yeah.

So the idea of a kingdom in heaven or a heaven on earth, I think Marx was kinda looking at the concept sans “religious indoctrination”

** note that faith is a different concept which is personal and should be treated as one would treat their genitals in public**

So what is this kingdom that we are looking forward to having providing there is some messiah ( I hope it’s a woman ) that saves us just before we shit the bed?

Is it a non corporeal state floating around minus the whole “dying to get there first”, idea?

Or is it the next step in human evolution where all humans have autonomous control over their own lives future and destiny, being given every opportunity to live love and grow, to actualize and become refined in their personhood and giving the best they have to a community that give the individual the best it has?

Is it a life where we work in livelihoods that we can contribute to with our strengths and quirks, which contributes to society at large, a life where we play in ways that allow us to have the freedom to explore and interact in emotional, intellectual and physical ways? Where true individuality and passion for life is celebrated, and healthy self love is just as important as love for others? Or if a whole human is the highest form of achievement?

I have to ask, what then? Whole humans accepting each other celebrating difference, seeing novelty and eccentricity as an opportunity to grow individually, as well as contribute to a sustainable and civil civilization. Where we neither live to work, nor work to live. We Live Life and all things we do are complimentary to our whole being.

Technology, and interconnectedness merging in new ways, deliberate and incedental networking giving opportunity, and collaboration of people of all walks of life giving the fuel to propel us. So many want change, and we all do our parts in some concept of a greater good. Maybe the next piece of the pie is a common general goal…

Not a kingdom of heaven, nor a utopia as humaning tends to be unpredictable, but a goal for us all to find ways, with our own strengths and virtues to facilitate humans to become whole, to become self aware and learn to Live Life and be Whole.

The rest.. ie. world being better, advancements that will put us in space, and other ontold unprdictable awesome things will happen, as they tend to do.

The first step towards the “Class One Civilization” isn’t harnessing new fuels and technology, as all that is already there, it’s tending humans and creating an actual civilization. That’s all civil, responsible and other nice stuff 😀

Plant a seed and give a hand.

Be Brave…. and risk Love.

Dish out compassion like it’s going out of style, and try to get into discussions with people you normally wouldn’t, and instead of who’s right or wrong, think, this is an opportunity to grow! What can I learn, and what do I have to offer to this person?

Have a happy!
